drawmsg.tmpl:dmsg_message_toolbar (and other places)

please fill alt='' parameter in IMG-tag in buttons in next fud-versions, some users, who disable images cant use buttons (such as delete, edit, quote, etc.).

P.S. I use Opera and cant found buttons with disabled images too, but I can see alt-text for private message only.
