If I delete it then is it still being updated if syncing with an external source (RSS, nntp, ...)?
Will changing the permissions show the forum on the top page? I would have thought it would still show up in the list but if you tried to click on it then you'd get the error message saying your not allowed.
What I'm looking for is a stealth mode.

Hello,
Sometimes it would be nice to be able to simply hide a forum instead of outright deleting it. Could you add a checkbox to hide a forum so that it won't render at run-time but still keep the data in the database?
