Not sure, to be honest.
Looks like admin & mod permissions are assigned to users, there's no default groups for them.

index page -> Group Manager, or
ACP -> Groups Manager (for group leaders)

Latest and greatest you can get your hands on, PHP 8.x works well.

I started using FudForum yesterday. I don't understand a few things.

1. How to edit 'Administrator' and 'Moderator' groups? Color, name etc.
2. How to edit permissions for these groups?
3. What is the best PHP version for the latest FF release?
4. What can be the problem with reply not loading on mobile phone after posting it?
