This is a very strange issue on my forum that just appeared one day. So if you're a non-member/just a site visitor, the smilies in the posts would not appear. Instead there are its associated text placeholders. "Very Happy" "Nod" etc. BUT when you login, those smilies appear just fine. And then when you log back out, sometimes those smilies stay there, but usually it changes back to the text placeholders.

I'm not sure where to begin troubleshooting this. I've tried running Message Rebuilding and Forum Consistency but no dice. Confused
