I keep getting an error message on my board that stems, I think, from several months ago when my host crashed for a while. I was offline for several hours. Ever since then, I get this:

145: Table './LudwigG_forum/fud28_index' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

I looked at this table and it says that nothing is in it. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with my board. But this message is preventing me from backing up the board.

Any thoughts about how to tackle this?
