So, i bit the bullet, downloaded the main Globals.php into a word editor, chnaged the Forum name and description variable manually and uploaded back intot he folded.

It worked! Shocked

Thanks for your help btw, i managed to figure out that the admin panel was (is) broke and how to circumvent it.
I'd like to know why its broke, i'm sure its a forum/category thing because we have two forums and two categories and i think the admin panel is pointing to the wrong one, but thats for another day and another different section of your webhelp forum.

If you figure out what's going on let me know, but thankyou Smile
