Hello there friends =)

I encountered a problem when trying to import a datadump from version 2.6.15 into a new installation of 2.6.15 on a new server.

I searched the forum for this problem, and found similair problems, but not exactly like mine, so I figured I would make a new topic.

Description of the problem:
When trying to import the datadump (~500mb size) it "times out" - IE I get a "Page not found" error in my browser. I do not get any error message about any mysql timeout or anything like that, just a simple page not found.
After the "page not found" I cannot use the forum, nor can i access the adm/ part.

Attempted workarounds:
I tried to increase the timer in the admimport.php from 6000 to 60000 but that did not help.
I configured the admimport.php with the suggested $_POST['path'] = '../FUDforum_07_03_2006_05_22.fud'; so I could run the script directly from the command line (and I uncommented the above line)

I read somewhere that if you had any extra columns in your datadump that were not defined in the sql/ dir, then you would get error messages, I do have that extra column, but I get no error message, just the page not found.

I have now removed the extra columns and made a new datadump, but I am unsure this will help me with my problem.
It was a bit annoying, since it takes time to download and upload the 500mb file and reimport/reexport etc.

If anyone have any idea what is wrong and how I can cure my problem I would be happy!

Could it be due to the size of the dump? (500mb) However this feels strange, because I am sure there are many communities larger than mine that had to backup or use the dump function.

So, any suggestions from anyone? =)
