1) If a moderator deletes a message that has replies, is the thread always truncated, or is there a way to replace the deleted message with a notice but not break the thread?

2) If email and NNTP users reply to messages that have been deleted, is there a way to have them bounced?

Thanks!,
JNG

1. You can hit the edit button to replace message contents.

2. Replies will still be imported. If a parent is deleted, a reply will start a new topic.
