Finally went to see what Affero was all about as I wanted a way to provide feedback for my forum posts. This is what I got in response:

The Affero service has been discontinued, however the Affero General Public License lives on: AGPL v1, GNU AGPL.

So, can it be removed in the next upgrade? Or is there something else which can be used in its place?
