When will this release be ready for production? We are not processing new users because of the death of reCAPTCHA v1. Is there a patch we can apply in the current release?

Hi naudefj,

I'd like to apply the update to 3.0.9 mainly for the CAPTCHA v2 update but not 100% confident. Yesterday I migrated my forum to newer hosting supporting higher PHP & MySQL and had a temp. opportunity to with the forum being on both old and new hosting at the same time so ran the update.php on the old hosting which went through without errors but when I returned to the forum index I had "new empty" forum.

Now the above could have been an issue with the old copy of the forum being accessible via editing my hosts to the old forums IP or PHP being v5.4 but a little aprenshive.

In short, I'd be happier if this forum was also on 3.0.9 Smile

I stand corrected, have now upgraded and all is well bar one thing....I have an odd feeling when testing last night, I may have uploaded and run install.php instead of upgrade.php or perhaps put the archive and upgrade.php into the wrong folder.

I'll post the issue I have (which also happened on 3.0.8RC) to another appropriate section. Apologies if you and developers have spent anytime looking into my post @6.50am
