Seems to not work as of 2.5.0RC2...

Clicking upload in the smiley manager just blanks out all the fields in the form...

Hmm... OK, it actually DOES place the image in WWW_ROOT_DIR/images/smily_icons, albeit with a different mask than it used to...

OK, and then if I "Select Icon" its available. OK, just a little different behaviour than before. No problem. Sorry to bother about this one.
