Quoting not working right in RC3's PM [message #10401]

Trying to use the "quote" button in PM with RC3 is ending up with the To line blank, and the message to be "quoted" just in the edit box without "quote" tags around it.

That was an RC2 bug that is fixed in RC3.

Ah, I'm thinking then my update did not go well...

Do you think that I could reasonably expect a forum datadump from my current setup, a complete fresh install of RC3, and then an import would reasonably work? I'd like to get things back in a known state, but my users complain when I zero out the posts. Smile

You can re-run the upgrade process, just make sure your GLOBALS.php is intact. If it is not, then you'll need to make it manually.

Actually, rerunning the upgrade gets me the same problem I had before:
