I got the following error when I tried to delete a user. It only happened once, the next time I accessed the delete user link it successfully deleted the user.

(admuser.php) 1100: Table 'mm' was not locked with LOCK TABLES
Query: SELECT u.id, u.alias, f.id FROM fud25_mod mm INNER JOIN fud25_users u ON mm.user_id=u.id INNER JOIN fud25_forum f ON f.id=mm.forum_id ORDER BY f.id,u.alias
Server Version: 4.0.13-log
