Just like when I upgraded to 2.5.0RC3, when the consistency check ran it cut the ?> off of the end of the GLOBALS.php file.

I can consistently reproduce this error by running the consistency checker.

Could you please send me your GLOBALS.php via e-mail or private message.

I cannot replicate the problem localy and so far you've the only person who had reported this problem.
