Please, breake rows in msg:

edit_time_limit: Editing Time Limit: {GVAR: EDIT_TIME_LIMIT} minutes

no_edit_time_limit: Editing Time Limit: Unlimited

They very long in some translations

If the translation is too long the translator can add or any other tags allowing the text to wrap is a reasonable manner. In the english translation it works fine without wrapping, which is why the you are suggesting is not necessary.
