Is it possible to alow user to register different nicks using same e-mail address ?

No the e-mail address must be unique, if you want to change that you'll need to modify the FUDforum's code in register.php.t

Does anybody suggest to users in such a case simply to ask administrator (let's say by private message) to create a new user (nick) with same e-mail address?

How could users react? Does such approach acceptable?

I suppose asking the admin is fair approach, although the admin will still be unable to create a new user account if the e-mail address is the same. Unless the admin hacks the forum code.

So, or to hack the code, or to create an "additional" user with "fake" e-mail address? E.g. foo(at)host(dot)com & foo_nickname(at)host(dot)com.
