When I try to download an uploaded attachement on a ticket, I get the message Document contains no data. All permissions are set correctly on my directories normally.

Could someone help me plzzz.

Found what caused the error. In the table FUB<xx>_attach the location wasn't stored correctly. As I'm using an windows XP platform (apache-php-mysql), the default paths (for the attachments) when the setup is performed weren't correct. E.g. c:\forum//data\. Should be c:\forum\data\. Default the setup creates the bad one which causes a bad entry in the database: c:\forumdate\<index>.atch.

Anyway my problem is solved Cool
