Cannot replicate, did the error occur right after the installer or after you've changed some settings?

I re-installed the whole forum and GLOBALS.php is OK. I don't know what happened last time. Anyway, is still impossible to post anything (now I selected the english theme during installation, and message is: "System error has occurred, please report it to the webmaster.") Trying to see the message preview leads to the same error.
I still can't change themes in the users' profiles.

I had the same problem today, using fudforum named FUDforum2_20030626.tar.bz2. It installed correctly, I could use without a problem until I changed some parameters in the global configuration tab. After this, I got an error exactly like the one reported here.
