Hi,
I have some problems with the user groups and didn't
find an answer here in the forum.
I have 3 forums, A , B, and C.
Now I want, that the forum C is invisible for all users
except users I have manually entered in this forum. Only this
user should seen the forum and allowed to make posts.
In the group manager I've changed the permission of forum C to
unvisible, but no effect(later then, I wanted to add the individual users).
Is there to create a new group? And how is this done?

As i've told you before you can setup your own groups that control over as many forums as you like.
