2.5.0 removing users and mailing list rules [message #11549]

These two features seem to be broken. I do not currently have the error that is generated when trying to delete a mailing list rule (I have already manually removed it from the database) but when I try to remove a user I get the following error:

Call to undefined function: pmsg_del() in include/users_adm.inc on line 49
