In 2.5.0 I no longer seem to be able to add any "Yes" fields to a user. Any new user added to a group shows up all "No" in the fields and cannot be modified.

PHP 4.3.2, 2.5.0 FUD, no mods.

Check the admin group manager, I imagine that all the fields are set to NO there disallowing you to change their value via the user-land group manager.

No, they are set to "Inherit" from the global (normal registered) group. This feature was working 100% in 2.3.8 and we have about 50 people that were already in that group. Would screenshots of the groups manager help?

When I turned off Inheritence and set the permissions manually, it fixed it.

How are you using inheritences? In my tests here they appear to work fine, although I had not tested what happens to them during an upgrade.
