In 2.5.0 I no longer seem to be able to add any "Yes" fields to a user. Any new user added to a group shows up all "No" in the fields and cannot be modified.
PHP 4.3.2, 2.5.0 FUD, no mods.

Check the admin group manager, I imagine that all the fields are set to NO there disallowing you to change their value via the user-land group manager.

How are you using inheritences? In my tests here they appear to work fine, although I had not tested what happens to them during an upgrade.
