Lost Contents of Forum - help! [message #12080]

I recently ejected a registered poster and deleted some of his posts. When I checked the forum, the contents of every message were gone! [Even messages the poster did not post on] The subject and signatures were still there but the contents - all gone.

What happened?

Can those contents be recovered?
