Hi I am installing the latest 1.2.3 under on Apache/PHP/NT.

I keep getting the following errors when i tried to register. The registration actually created the user successfully... but the follow error appears. What is wrong?

The problem is that PHP cannot connect to the SMTP server you've specified. This is a problem in your PHP and/or SMTP server configuarion not a problem with the forum.

The "Warning: Failed to Connect in" error means PHP cannot connect to the SMTP server you've specified. Check the SMTP settings you provided to PHP in the php.ini file inside your windows directory.
