I get this error:

I cant enebale safemode. Its a rent a server.

the install file is in the root of the web, the forum, should be inn the dir <fudforum>

I tryed to move the install file to same dir, and chmod the dir to 755 and 707 and 777. still didt work. Then i tryed to chmod the file to 777 or 755 or 707, didnt work. The i made a folder new dir in the fudforum directory, called forum..and tryed that to..with the fudforum dir chmod to 777..
Didnt work

It sounds like you've specified that the datadir != webdir. Try making them the same.
