perl -p -i -e 's/\.gif"/.png"/g' *.tmpl, which would fix all instances of .gif images inside the templates.

yes I know, but I have not converted all the images Smile

just about 90% of them. the primary objective was that png supports alpha-channel, and the seccondary objective was that I dont like gif Very Happy

. And I wasn't in this reply refering to only css, I ment more like a "normal" config-file.
