Have you tried unlocking the forum files?

You should already have all the icons inside the thm/default/images/ directory of your forum.

I have try all that but steel not show the buttons and icons , I download the new FUDforum 2.6.0RC6 and upload to my hosting but always cut the connection because the file is too large , I have try both compress Liz and not compress

This is what happen when I open Smiley Management System:

Web server doesn't have write permissions to '/home/pigeons4/public_html/FUDforum2/images/smiley_icons', smiley upload disabled

Now in the picture down you see the files , I can not chemod them , but when I go to the host CPanel I chemod them to 777 well.

Same thin with:
Message Icons Administration System
/home/pigeons4/public_html/FUDforum2/images/message_icons is not writeable by the web server, file upload disabled.

And:
Forum Icons Administration System
/home/pigeons4/public_html/FUDforum2/images/forum_icons is not writeable by the web server, file upload disabled.
Avatar Management System
Web server doesn't have write permission to write to '/home/pigeons4/public_html/FUDforum2/images/avatars', avatar upload disabled

Based on permissions as fetched by the forum's file manager the directories are 755 not 777 as your CPanel claims them to be...

The problem is that the directory is owned by you, and the webserver runs as a different user. Meaning that the only way to chmod it 777 is via your host's control panel or FTP client.

No I have found what it is .when the host restore my files maybe restore twice I don't know but I found two same directory Fudforum2 but none of them have GLOBALS.php , can you gave me that file please.

GLOBALS.php file is unique to each installation because it contains your settings.

Correct, without GLOBALS.php you cannot upgrade for the same reason you cannot use the forum without it.

You can manually import data from MySQL and then move files from messages/ & files/ directories.
