I was testing the IP filter by adding my second computer to it but i still seem to be able to post and read the board with it (unregistered users are allowed to post in one of the forums).
What could be the problem? - Any suggestions beside upgrading to the newest forum version? =) (I can't due to PHP limitations)

Fixed in CVS.
There was a bug with anon-user authentication, the anonymous user's IP was not being validated against the IP filter.
To fix this open post.php.t and look @ the portion where the anon user is being validated and copy the IP check in there from registered user.
