I tend to figure this has nothing to do with the current php.ini memory limit of 64M. Any ideas why this error is occurring?

Thanks.

I actually resolved this by temporarily increasing the memory limit set in the /forum/adm/consist.php from 100M to 500M. The consistency check was then able to run straight through the process and completed successfully.

I set it back to 100M afterwards since this would have been a one-time clean up from the old forum data, which had a fairly large footprint. Any subsequent consistency processes going forward should be within the regular operating parameters.

Thanks.
