I'm installing 2.5.2 again on a new server to dump my old content into the DB before upgrade to 2.6.

I installed fine and logged in as admin, but the forum has no theme, just text. I also can't get into the Control Panel. clicking that link puts me right back where I started.

Help Please!

I've been through this forum looking but all the other posts similar to mine miss just a bit.

It could've been a file permission issue.
