yes, every person that attaches files, the last file does not show up

Seems to be an alignment problem. All images are actually listed. My bet it's a CSS or theming issue on your site.

any idea how to fix it? i looks as if not enough space is being left for the last attachment or two to be displayed correctly.

nothing on my end has changed per the theme aside from the header, only color changes using css
