Thank you. Unfortunately that isn't of any use to me. Is there anywhere non unix experts can find a "How to" for this ?

What does...

cat 0471.msg | /usr/local/bin/php maillist.php 1

mean ?

My forum is on a hosted site and I have..

no "usr" directory
no "local" directory
no "bin" directory
no "php" directory
no "maillist.php" file

I also don't have root access.

Does that mean that I can post to a mailing list from FUD but not
have the mailing list post to FUD ?

I was hoping to have both. Sad
