Changing contents of subject line in e-mails from FUDforum [message #161873]

I have recently setup FUDforums at my company. Everything is working pretty well. I was wondering if anyone knows how to make changes to what is included in the subject line of e-mails received by FUDforums. In the subject line is add 'by author' at the end of everything. I was hoping to turn that off. I'm also having issues with threading when people reply via e-mail. Every reply creates a new topic instead of being threaded to the original post. Thanks for any help anyone has to offer.
