something happened when I tried to edit the file from within the admin control panel. It put a backslash (\) in front of every set of double quotes. How do I remove this?

I have had the same issue after upgrade to ver 3.0.2, And so far I just delete them manually.
I still don't know why this is but it seems to be related to the theme being used (forest green), or as a result of my editing the header.
