Having a look at the install.php file, I noticed a redirection to "install_safe.php" on Line 739 for safe_mode setups (installation should just stop and user told to get rid of safe mode imo but I digress)

I can't find install_safe.php anywhere. Is this just legacy code?

Line 736 copies install.php to install_safe.php.

I belief PHP is deprecating safe mode. I cannot wait for the day we can clean-up all this crap from the code!
