I have a website that has a database of users but no forum and would like to move them into the FUDforum database. Are there any tools available to do this? In searching the forums, I see no mention of a similar situation.

Currently using a custom built site and MySQL database.

You can add users with FUDAPI, for example:
<?php
 require_once 'GLOBALS.php';
 require_once 'fudapi.inc.php';
 fud_add_user( array('login'=>'me', 'passwd'=>'mypass', 'email'=>'me(at)nowhere(dot)com', 'name'=>'MeMeMe'), &$err);
 ?>

For more examples, see FUDAPI.
