Despite the fact that my php.ini settings shows post_max_size = 32M, upload_max_filesize = 24M, i CANNOT still upload any file no matter how small the size is. Please i need help. NOTE: The settings on my admin page also correspond to the php.ini settings.

same error... simply the forum tells my I'm exceding the file size, but it's not true!

File Attachment is too big (over allowed limit of 16777216 bytes)

Same here : tis is the error message, even appears before I try with any file size
