 Login to Control Panel has no effect. [message #166933] |

I've just installed FUDforum 3.0.3 on my Xampp (Apache+PHP+MySQL).
So i've got to Control Panel and if i enter Administrator's login info -- nothing happens at all.
Though if i enter wrong data -- it tells me to wait for 10 min.
Could it be the problem with the wrong FQDN? I was unsure with FQDN and i typed trailing dot as wiki told me to. I've yet got 3rd level domain so i entered it like erquint.no-ip.org. how can i change it to check if it is the problem?
I tried changing hash of the admin password (is it MD5?), but i have no clue what "salt" is?
UPD:
I checked coockie of my browser and it looks wrong: .www.no-ip.org
