1) COPPA is annoying and I probably should disable it by default since the world is not US centric Wink

2) You can disable (there is an option) the entire COPPA step if your forum is outside of US.

3) The COPPA related message can be edited out from the 'greeting' registration message if you are not using COPPA.

The moved topic pointer bug was fixed in CVS.
