I run FUDforum 3.0.3.
I find it difficult to include an announcement on the front page (forum root). I am puzzled about that the front page have a different control, where all other pages have a check box.

When deleting an announcement, I found:

... but the delete did work.

Unchecking a forum + "Update" fail to de-allocate the announcement from the forum.
The "categories" pages also fail to include the announcement.

Can there be some system-control that allow of forbid announcements on the front page and "categories" paths?
I also see that these "categories" pages is not included in the settings page, and cannot be selected.
