IP address links do not work [message #168029]

As Administrator, I can see each IP address in Show what people are doing page, however, when I click on those IP addresses, it brings me back to the top pages and I can't see who'are them Sad

This happens only when I choose "path_info' theme or any child theme inherited from that theme, and it works perfect when I choose other themes such as default theme.

I definitely keep my current theme which is based on "path_info", so can anyone please advise how to sort this out?
