Convert from SMF fails [message #168042]

I have installed FUDforum easily enough but when I run the converter from SMF to Fudforum I get the message "PHP Fatal error: SQL error has occurred!"Please contact the administrator and have them look at the Error Log Viewer in the forum's Admin Control Panel. in ***include/core.inc on line 252. After the conversion attempt I can't log in as admin or as member.

I can send you the error log if needed.

Best would be if you can provide me with a dump of your forum. It will help to reproduce the error and any other problems you may face later in the conversion process. Your data will obviously be handled with strict confidentiality.
