WIth a moderator account, When I click on my Karma rating (or anyone elses), I get a pop up that says "You do not have the required permissions to perform this action." How do we check to see who left positive or negative feedback?

this karma system will be a management nightmare if admins have to continually answer "why did i get a negative, etc"
