Cant login after changing domain [message #168176]

I changed the www root and cookie domain and was not able to login with admin or any other account. I was able to change it back to the original settings in globals.php and get back in but we have a new domain and need to make that change in the system but seems it wont let me.

Please advise. Thanks.
