Hello everybody!I am from Russia. Established a forum for localhost. I saw that I had a problem with the encoding.

I added in the .htaccess line

AddDefaultCharset utf-8

.

After that, the text began to look normal except for rows where the date is written. (Please look at the screenshot).

How can I fix this problem?Thank you in advance for your reply.
