Bug or not? I can't upload pictures in this section:
Allowed File Extensions: jpg jpeg png gif txt doc gz bz2 inc php zip diff
Maximum File Size: 1024KB
Maximum Files Per Message: 5 Search No files Upload File

Why? I must set something or its a bug?

No, it's not a bug. The problem is on your site.
Checked for errors in your web server's log files.

I can't prevew and display pictures as I usually do in 3.0.4 since the upgrade.

It does it on FUDforum.org also :look :
