Hello, I have a question regarding the EDI files. I would like to know
if there are functions/libraries in PHP5 that allow you to create edi
files based on database records or csv files. I've looked around
@php.net/manual and haven't really seen anything.

There are no built-in functions. Perhaps there are written by PHP users.
You can always write it yourself.
