Not sure where to post this. Have posted it on php.pecl.dev already

Okay, below is the session cut and pasted from VirtualBox. Aside from
the warning about mcrypt.so, what's more pressing is the PHP Fatal error
on line 274.

P.S. Before I get told to install the latest version, let me point out
that I have done this, such that attempting to do it again gives
"pear/CodeGen_PECL is already installed and is the same as the released
version 1.1.3
install failed"
