Dear Friends
I need some suggestion and help. In the last 15-20 Days due to our
marketing we have received web-development and website projects worth
more than 8000 USD.
Now the problem is that we are not incorporated and we are working as
freelancer. We here refer to me, nitin and abhishek.
Now the problem is 8000 USD is a huge amount and I am worried to
withdraw this amount to my bank from paypal and i wish to incorporate
my own web-development company which will also work in web-
development, SEO, software development and some in-house projects of
our own.
I need suggestions from all the group member like how should i start-
i consult a CA and he told me that incorporating a company will cost
me around 20,000 INR and apart from that its yearly expenses will be
around 10,000 INR per year.
Also I feel that today i have got good projects but what about later-
what if in future we dont get such huge projects, so what should i do.
Second option for me is to open a proprietorship but what would be
beneficial for us- a company or proprietorship.
What is the difference between the same.
I am really stuck up.
Please suggest us something so that we get out of this trouble.

Hi Venesa,
This is a technical newsgroup.
Most of us don't know the first thing about the best way to set up a
company in your country (India?).
For what it is worth: If I were you, I wouldn't start spending much
money on legal constructs/legal advise this early in your carreer.
If the business stays good, it may be worth looking into better
(legal/fiscal) constructs.
If you spend you money right away, well, it's gone.

to programming gigs.
But I also know to a troll like you it's a lot of money - it takes you

you lie about your knowledge of other cultures or you wouldn't make the
comments you do. Someone in India lucky enough to be able to move from the
farms to the city sees a HUGE increase in monetary values and you'd know
that if you were honest. India and many others like it are disparate
countries and have severely depressed people outnumbering the city-educated
by many, many magnitudes. Only a slob would make the comments you've made
about India.
