Thanks for the info.
Are you suggesting that printed double side there will be 5000 pages -
surely that must be with hints, tips, examples? Do you think there is
such thing as a 'core' manual'?
Can you imagine the time/cost of having a printing house print
thousands of little pages from a thousand little files, a likely
preponderance of half filled pages, what a waste of paper - is absurd.
I think Sherm or Bill suggested I unzip the gz file. I did that and I
think I saw rthe same as you .. multitudes of little files.
Is a single PDF file non existent?
Has already taken me a week to try and print this thing - nothing
should be this hard!
